Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective candidates.

 

This position offers a base salary of $50,500.00 up to $67,300.00. Final salary is determined by required qualifications, experience, and education for this role.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting or related experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

Proactive in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for recruitment.  

Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. 

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Essential Functions

Partner with hiring and HR leaders to understand and plan for quarterly and annual hiring needs.

Post requisition in the system once approved.

Determine selection criteria.

Source potential candidates through online channels to ensure a diverse set of qualified individuals.

Plan interview and selection procedures in partnership with hiring managers and HR leaders.

Assess candidate information, including resumes, using the Applicant Tracking system.

Move candidate through the hiring steps within the Applicant Tracking system.

Generate offer letters, send, pre-onboarding forms, initiate background checks and reference checks with 3rd party.

Disposition candidates.

Initiate onboarding process.

Performs other duties as assigned
