Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in related program or field.
  • CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid and Emergency Oxygen.
  • Current American Red Cross OR YMCA Lifeguard Instructor certification or equivalent and V6 Swim Lesson Instructor and Trainer must be obtained within 1 year
  • Have or ability to obtain Pesticide Technician within 120 days
  • Have or ability to obtain Certified Pool Operator
  • Have or ability to obtain within 120 days Bathing Place Manager within 120 days
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Current driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle for transportation.
  • The work is performed both indoors and out and may require travel to various locations. While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
