Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years old and prior experience with youth and/or a food service setting is preferred
- Possess a practical understanding and comprehensive knowledge of food service, storage, and cleanliness standards
- Previous kitchen experience strongly preferred; Safe Serve Certification or Food Handler certificate preferred
- Must be available to work June 8, 2024 – August 31, 2024.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for food preparation, serving, meal break down, general kitchen and dining hall cleaning
- Provide outstanding and consistent customer service to all camp guests
- Ensure that all food service preparation, storage, and serving areas are in an orderly and sanitary condition while adhering to all local, state, and federal laws/regulations.
- Identify, minimize, and eliminate, where possible, any risks that could cause accidents.
