Job Description and Required Certifications: Under the guidance of the Vice President of Operations the Camping Services Director is responsible for administering the total operations of YMCA Camp Silver Creek & YMCA Camp Grieder. The Camping Services Director oversees the management of programs, facilities, the camp residential environment (Camp Silver Creek), volunteer and staff development, financial development, and day to day operations. The Camping Services Director, in coordination with the CEO & VP of Operations, maintains effective communications and collaborations with alumni, financial funders and supporters, and community agencies and regulators. Given the unique quality of the summer camp environment, the Camping Services Director role during summer camp is hands-on leadership role, exemplifying the highest YMCA values and standards.

Salary Information: $24K - $29K
