Job Description and Required Certifications: The Director of Development and Alumni Relations works in partnership with the Camps' Directors and Board in all phases of financial and alumni development. The Director plans, implements and manages the camps 'annual fundraising, Second Century of Camping Capital and Endowment Campaigns, including grant writing. The Director will be responsible for maintenance and cultivation of the donor and alumni databases. Strong leadership traits in this person would include: self-motivated; visionary; motivational; practical, hands-on approach; charismatic; extraverted; budget-oriented; mission driven; business minded. This person must be able to relate effectively to all groups of people. This person must be able to communicate effectively through various media.
Salary Information: $50,000 to $60,000
