Job Description

Under the guidance of the CEO, the Branch Director is responsible for leading the Wichita efforts for YMCA360 including all aspects of the branch, production, technology, marketing/sales, and philanthropy. To deliver key priorities it will be critical for candidate to work with association operation staff and with YMCA 360 Studios. It is anticipated an average work-week will consist of 50 hours to complete duties

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Increase capacity of YMCA360 content production schedule, system and methodology

a. Create pipeline and schedule of content for filming, producing and uploading to YMCA360 routinely at the desired quantity and quality

b. Integrate future content lines (Sports, Camp, etc.) as determined by Leadership, strategic future services, and member feedback

2. Support launch of Kansas State Alliance YMCA360 Service and expansion to YMCA Movement

a. Finalize partnership agreement in collaboration with YMCA Greater Wichita team for use in Kansas and future expansion

b. Manage project progress and deliverables as needed and determined by Leadership

c. Interface with and recruit YMCA State Alliances and/or YMCA Associations around the United States to sign-on for YMCA360

3. Deliver Greater Wichita YMCA operational integration and implementation plan for YMCA360 service

a. Work collectively with YMCA Greater Wichita team to integrate YMCA360 into member acquisition and sales strategy

b. Develop plan to utilize YMCA360 content in YMCA Branches to enhance the member experience

c. Additional deliverables to be added as directed by Leadership

  1. Create and execute on marketing and sales plan to meet sales objectives

EFFECT ON END RESULT: Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Association and Branch with high levels of participation, retention and growth on the virtual, YMCA360 platform.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior-level management
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience and proven success hiring, managing, training & developing staff
  4. A minimum of 5 years of experience of proven development and management of budget

Job Requirements:

  1. Commitment to the YMCA mission, vision and values
  2. Must attend New Employee Orientation within 30 days of hire
  3. Complete CPR/AED, First Aid, O2, and Listen First Workshop in accordance with Conditions of Employment
  4. Understand how to and be able to secure resources and support
  5. Learn all emergency procedures and action plans for the branch
  6. Understand and abide-by all policies and procedures as set forth by the association
  7. Work a schedule that reflects the needs of the branch; including evenings and weekends

Essential Functions

Physical/Mental Requirements:

  1. Must be able to routinely perform the following physical activities; climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, reach with hands, sit, stand for extended periods of time, walk, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, have finger dexterity, grasp, perform repetitive motions, talk, hear and have visual acuity to perform detailed tasks
  2. Must have ability to lead and delegate to others and communicate effectively; both orally and in writing
  3. Must possess problem solving, organizational and task management skills; ability to make independent and sound decisions in a rapidly changing environment
  4. Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy and alertness
  5. Must demonstrate initiative in absence of supervision
  6. Must be able to relate to and work with diverse groups of people in a friendly and consistent manner
  7. Must work collaboratively as a team member as well as independently and lead by assigned goals, duties and deadlines
  8. Must possess ability to exercise high levels of discretion and confidentiality
  9. Must present a neat and professional appearance at all times

Salary

$62,000.00 - $110,000.00
