Would you like to share your passion for customer service with others? Would you like to use your leadership and development skills to provide a great staff and member experience? As the administrative manager, you will ensure the Child Care Business Office operates with consistently high-quality service within the YMCA policies and procedures. If hired for this position you will develop, improve and manage the core business systems and conduct administrative duties to ensure efficiencies and quality customer service, including marketing, fiscal management, and food services.

Are you a good fit?

  • I have two years of directly related experience to include office/administrative support, customer service, data entry, internal sales, marketing and communications.
  • I am proficient in MS Office, particularly WORD, Excel, Outlook.
  • I have knowledge of Daxko Operations and Engage or similar systems preferred.
  • I have am organized, analytical and great at problem-solving.
  • I am able to multi-task, problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • I am able to connect with people of diverse backgrounds.

Essential Functions

In this position you will be able to use your skills to:

  • Oversee part-time staff who are assisting with office duties, curriculum/inventory, and the food program
  • Manage the food reimbursement program, coordinate menu planning and ensure snacks meet licensing and USDA standards
  • Assist with the implementation of the Child Care Branch marketing plan, in person, and via telephone to provide high quality customer service
  • Register participants into programs, oversee the processing of child care accounts, and lead the management of the data base
  • Manage and track all monthly invoices and ensure all payments are made on time and in full
