YMCA World Service Impact

YMCA World Service is focused on raising international understanding and providing financial and technical resources to significantly strengthen YMCAs so they may better serve their communities.

Every year, we directly impact more than 2 million people through youth, family and community programs. For example, we are:

• Helping the Ethiopia YMCA respond to the needs of 30,000 youth
• Increasing technology skills through The Gambia YMCA's digital communication studio and computer training center
• Assisting a small group of young, enthusiastic volunteers from Armenia to start seven YMCAs throughout the country in 12 years to address the needs of young refugees and rural communities
