Employment is a critical issue for many around the world. While youth and adults alike have the energy, creativity and relevant skills, many cannot find jobs. YMCAs in every region of the world are committed to developing comprehensive solutions to address high unemployment rates. Through career counseling, skills development and business management training, YMCA programs help ensure that people have the ability and opportunity to engage in positive and productive work.
