By posting a submission pursuant to the Healthy Family Home website, I represent that (1) I am the author of the submission, and that the events depicted in the submission are true and accurate. I hereby give my irrevocable release, permission and consent to YMCA of the USA, its agents, successors and assignees the right to use, print, publish, reproduce and license, in any manner whatsoever, my submission. I understand and agree that my submission may be edited, abridged, or a derivative work made therefrom by YMCA of the USA.

By posting my submission, I hereby grant all rights and interests in my story to YMCA of the USA. I understand that YMCA of the USA will only post my last name, city and the state in which I live if YMCA of the USA chooses to include my submission for publication on its website. I acknowledge that my email address may be required as part of the submission process, however, my email address will not be displayed as part of my submission.

I post my submission with the understanding that YMCA of the USA may or may not elect to include my submission for publication on its website, and that if YMCA of the USA chooses to publish my submission that I will not receive any consideration, including financial or other compensation, now or in the future, for the use of my submission and/or name by YMCA of the USA.
