Lisa Riggsbee is a student at University of North Carolina- Asheville (UNCA) where she is a Health and Wellness Promotion major with minors in Psychology and Mass Communication. Having a passion for writing and community wellness promotion, Lisa began working with the YMCA of Western North Carolina Healthy Living Pantry expansion project in January 2014 in an effort to expand the reach of the program and has since more than quadrupled pantry participation. 30, it's just sitting there. For some of us, that number may be 40. Yes, young leaders, you are aging (and, hopefully, getting wiser) every day. But what about 100? You can search "Live to Be 100-years old" and things like live an active life - physically and mentally - will pop up. Is there really a "how-to" guide for what your life can be like in two, three, four... or seven decades? Maybe it's just setting fitness goals for yourself in your 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond. Does the fountain of youth have anything to do with the foods you're eating?

Not that our great country is lacking opportunities for a little outdoor recreation. Maybe it's just that we need to be reminded of what's out there and to look up from our smart phones and tablets every once in a while.
This past summer, young leaders from all around the world gathered at the YMCA Europe Youth Festival in Prague. One of the main attractions was a giant tree house where everyone gathered to hang out, exchange ideas, and - for some lucky folks - camp out for the night thirty feet above the ground. Throughout the festival, the buzz about this clubhouse in the sky was that it was not only a great place to create a community in the treetops but also a good place to relax, unwind, and meditate. While the tree house in the Czech Republic has come and gone, here are a few other places around the world worth checking out.
