2015 NCAA Cross Country Preview

Both Division I and III promise exciting clashes between last year's powerhouses. Div. I defending champs Colorado loses Blake Theroux, but regains Morgan Pearson, who was 17th in 2013. However, Stanford also regains a key runner, Jim Rosa, who was fifth in 2013, and also gains the top freshman recruit, Grant Fisher, who won Footlocker twice and is a 3:59.38 miler.

Running Groups as BFFs

Do you consider your running partners your informal therapists? I know I do. Why is that? Is it because they’re seeing you at your most vulnerable, so you inherently trust them? Or maybe it’s having a captive audience? As the miles clock by, I have found myself telling my running group stories that I only tell my best and closest friends. I ask their advice, and you know what? I actually take it.
