Helping Each Other Out

fashioncurves a.k.a Lisa recently posted this message to our Forum boards: "Need a work out partner." We love seeing when friends from around the country help each other out, especially alyssav1982 and our very own Y storyteller, Leslie Hejnal (who has an amazing story herself!). As young leaders, it's important to build communities both on and offline. In My Tribe

A few years ago author and solutionary, Seth Godin, offered something for us to think about in one of his books about community: as blogs and social media channels are connecting us together and at fervent pace and at an exponential rate, we're creating online tribes that are getting bigger and bigger, upwards in the tens of thousands and into the millions.
