Leadership with Grit

The following are excerpts from an essay, "Think. Act. Communicate. With Grit," written by Sha Foland, Director of Member Engagement, at the Silicon Valley YMCA. It's the "grit" that may make a difference between being a good leader and a great leader, whether you're a member, volunteer, or someone thinking about working for the Y one day.
