Careers in YMCA Operations

Operations It takes an incredible team of professionals "behind the scenes" to operate a YMCA. Front-line staff who work with the membership on a daily basis are not the only people who work for the YMCA movement. Ys need finance/accounting, human resources, technology and maintenance staff. Ys need friendly, cheerful member service staff, administrative assistants and membership directors. Ys need executive directors, Chief Operating Officers and Chief Executive Officers to manage operations on a daily basis at YMCAs nationwide. Each position plays an integral role in supporting the "foundation" of a successful YMCA.
