Join us as we continue to be a leader in the community. We are accepting resumes for the position of Business Services Director at our YMCA Camp Letts branch. Camp Letts is a residential camp and educational retreat center located on a 219 acre peninsula on an inlet off the Chesapeake Bay near Annapolis, MD.

This position provides pivotal support to the operations of the branch. Managing the day-to-day administrative and business services functions, including but not mutually exclusive to, general human resources functions, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivables, customer service and member relations. The candidate must have strong experience in working with the budget process to include: forecasting, monitoring, compliance, and fund management.

The ideal candidate will bring to the position 3-5 years of direct related experience, relationship building traits, acclaimed written and verbal communication skills, financial/accounting skills, exceptional computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GP (Great Plains) experience preferred, program planning and delivery skills, prior supervision of staff, and the proven ability to be a strategic thinker and planner to work independently as well as in a team. Overall the most successful candidate must be extremely organized and detail oriented.

Salary: $35,700 - $42,000
