PROPERTY MANAGER YMCA: YMCA of Rapid City South Dakota Location: Rapid City, SD Job Description: This director level position is responsible for excellence in YMCA building and grounds maintenance, cleanliness and risk management. Key result areas include Property and Equipment Maintenance, Coordinating Contracted Services, Maintenance and Cleanliness Staff Development, Property Cleanliness, Supplies Inventory, Risk Management, and Government Relations in Respect to YMCA Property. Responsible for managing a budget of over $1 million with a staff team of 12 top-notch individuals along with YMCA properties that include the main building, Y House, Y Church Building, Y LaCroix Links Golf Course and Y Giraffic Park Day Camp.Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 Additional Compensation Details: Medical and dental benefits, generous PTO and short-term disability and 12% retirement.HOW TO APPLY Please send your resume with a cover letter along with references and contact information via postal or email to Roger Gallimore, Executive Director.
