Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative, energetic, and experienced professional to provide leadership to a development team and operational oversight of the annual fundraising for seven (7) branches and Sterling Torch Program and the annual development strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide operational oversight of the annual fundraising for seven (7) YMCA branches and Sterling Torch Program
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the Association Development team
  • Provide direct staff leadership for the following at the Caine Halter Branch: 1) annual fund raising program, and generation of budgeted operational grants, and youth sports sponsorships income.
  • Coordination of all Association OD planning
  • Coordination of all Association grants planning
  • Coordination of all Association sports sponsorships
  • Coordination of CCC and/or other data donor-based functions
  • Responsible for new branch development and capital planning as requested by President/CEO
  • Assure all branch executives have the support to use the moves management system for current and potential major gifts. Make a minimum of 3 major calls each month.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-8 proven years of track record in sales, marketing, or fund raising experience, with preference given to fund-raising experience
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • Must have demonstrated grants planning, research, and writing experience
  • Must have advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated project coordination/management experience
  • Must have excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a high-level of attention-to-detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and stress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a high energy level
  • Excellent written and verbal communications

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFCATIONS:

  • CFRE preferred
  • YMCA experience preferred

Salary: $46,000 - $57,800
