MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR YMCA: YMCA of the Northwoods Location: Rhinelander, WI Job Description: If you want to get away from the city life, then the Northwoods of Wisconsin is the place to be. More lakes in one county than most states have entirely. Join a dynamic, mission driven team as the one leaders who will have direct impact on our growth. Under the direction of the Executive Director and in accordance with the principles of the Y, the Membership Director will administer all functions related to member services including the sale of new memberships, member retention, corporate membership development, front desk operation and customer service. Special events and supervision of drop-in daycare is also a responsibility of this position. Supervison of staff and volunteers is also required. Salary: $28,000 - $32,000 Additional Compensation Details: 8% paid Y retirement. Medical and Dental benefits, life insurance & disability insurance.
