Job Description:

Seeking an experienced, forward-thinking team player to provide direction and leadership for YMCA finance and business operations with a $4.9 million operating budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This individual will oversee the YMCA's accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of its financial reports.
• The Finance Director ensures a system of strong internal controls and maintains fiscal soundness.
• This individual manages the annual external audit, the 990 tax return and the preparation of information for outside funders, as well as provide leadership for information technology services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent is required.
• The individual must possess three or more years of related experience in accounting for a non-profit organization.
• This manager must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• This position requires knowledge of, and expertise with, computerized accounting systems and standard business software.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Salary: $49,748 - $62,185
