SENIOR VP OF OPERATIONS/COO YMCA: YMCA of Capital District Location: Albany, NY Job Description: Under the direction of the President/CEO, the Sr. Vice President/COO is responsible for the successful operation of the branches of the Association. To ensure the Association attains its strategic goals and operational impact, the Sr. Vice President/COO is responsible for branch operations, including managing all Executive Directors, to ensure superior member service, program development and administration, volunteer recruitment and development, community relations, collaborations, budgeting, facilities, and staff development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Invests resources in well-designed innovation initiatives. Creates a structure to deliver organization-wide results to achieve objectives. Develops and implements stewardship strategies. Determines benchmarks and ensures appropriate leadership to meet objectives. Personal Growth: Creates a learning organization. Effectively drives change by leveraging resources and creating alignment to expand organizational opportunities. Shares authority and demonstrates courage and humility. Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills required to perform well; uses best practices and demonstrates up-to-date knowledge and skills in technology. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
