Position Description and Board Expectations:
The Board of Directors of the Springfield Family YMCA (SFY) in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a CEO to lead their Y by building on their proud history and growing their commitment of strengthening the foundations of community. The ideal candidate will have a good blend of strong management and leadership skills to be able to improve the operating performance and image of the Y in the community. This will be accomplished by solid fiscal management, building a cohesive staff team, engaging community partners, and being visible and active in the community. The board is realistic about their challenges, and are committed to work with the new CEO to provide much needed mission-driven programs to serve the community. There is great potential for making a significant positive impact in the community through hard work, collaborations, and diligent attention to operations.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Additional Compensation Details:
Retirement contribution of 5% of salary; health insurance: employee pays 30% for self, 70% for family; and other benefits per personnel policy included.HOW TO APPLY
