CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Job Description:
The Chief Operations Officer oversees the operation of YMCA branches, including membership, marketing, programs, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial development, community relations, and collaboration with community agencies.
The Chief Operations Officer must lead by example and inspire staff and volunteers to provide high quality, relevant services and programs to the local community and to fulfill the mission of the YMCA. The Chief Operations Officer will select, train, evaluate and supervise Branch Executives to assure sound operations. The Chief Operations Officer provides Branch Executives with support, coaching, leadership, and technical expertise in all activities essential to the effective operation of a YMCA branch.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Salary: $83,000 - $93,000
