Job Description:

Under the direction of the Executive Director and in accordance with the principles of the Y, the Membership Director will administer all functions related to member services including the sale of new memberships, member retention, corporate membership development, front desk operation and customer service. Special events and supervision of drop-in daycare is also a responsibility of this position. Supervison of staff and volunteers is also required.

Salary: $28,000 - $32,000

8% paid Y retirement. Medical and Dental benefits, life insurance & disability insurance. Generous PTO policy.
