The YMCA of Greater Boston has a phenomenal career opportunity for a Branch Executive Director in our largest branch location in Needham, Massachusetts, the Charles River YMCA.

We are seeking a mature, innovative, change oriented leader with experience running multi-million dollar facilities. Strong emphasis on financial, community and board development! This facility has aggressive goals for 2013 and only the strongest, most experienced will be considered. The Branch Executive is responsible for all branch decision making and operations including driving the financial development strategy, community engagement, business operations, facility management, human resources, membership, and program/membership services of the Branch in accordance with the policies, by-laws and constitution of the YMCA of Greater Boston. This branch has a large and well established aquatics program, mature health & wellness offerings, multiple Out-of School time programs and a full-functioning board. This position reports to and is accountable to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
