Job Description:

The YMCA of Greater Cincinnati is seeking an effective leader to be responsible for all aspects of financial development programs for the Association, directly at the Association level & indirectly through serving as a leader & resource to 17 branches throughout southwest Ohio and northern Kentucky.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Currently raising nearly $3 million through the Annual Support Campaign, United Way and grants, the VP is responsible for clearly communicating the case for supporting the YMCA & identifying strategies for increasing the number of donors and dollars raised.
• The VP will need to research & seek new corporate and foundation prospects for sustaining support & develop appropriate approaches to solicitation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A college degreeand at least five (5) years of proven financial development experience including areas of planning, organizing, implementing & administering annual giving campaigns, planned giving programs, capital development programs and preparing foundation & government proposals.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
