BRANCH DIRECTOR

Job Description:

The YMCA of Central Massachusetts, Boroughs Family Branch has an exciting opportunity for a cause driven equity leader to help build and grow a culture that ensures access, inclusion and engagement.

Under the direction of the Senior Executive/Community & Membership Development Director the Branch Director will administer and be accountable for all operations and programs for the branch including fiscal operation, community relations, volunteer development, fundraising and all branch programs. The successful candidate will play an active and successful role in the Annual Campaign, development and successful completion of any strategic planning process for the Branch or Association. The Director will be responsible to cultivate the career development of the Branch Leaders. The Director will create a culture that supports youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

Provides tools and resources for the development of others.

Operational Effectiveness: Integrates multiple thinking processes to make decisions. Involves members and community in the development of programs and activities. Ensures execution of plans. Institutes sound accounting procedures, investment policies, and financial controls. Assigns clear accountability and ensures continuous improvement.

Personal Growth: Fosters a learning environment embracing diverse abilities and approaches. Creates a sense of urgency and positive tension to support change. Anticipates challenges that can sidetrack or derail growth and personal learning. Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills required to perform well; uses best practices and demonstrates up-to-date knowledge and skills in technology.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
