Job Description and Required Certifications: The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is a mission driven organization, which seeks individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about our mission and vision. We do this by putting the Christian principles of love, respect, honesty, responsibility and service into practice. General Function: Deliver exceptional front line customer service to retreat guests throughout their stay to include greeting group leaders, conducting group orientations, facilitating meals and serving as official camp host and representative. Directly attend to the needs of retreat groups including set-up and take down of facilities, delivering snacks and beverage services, A/V equipment set-up and take down, and fulfilling the role of Program Leader as assigned. Assume responsibility for the well-being, safety and satisfaction of all participants, assist in facility and program area cleanliness and management. Program Coordinators must demonstrate positive, professional role modeling at all times, acting in a manner that is consistent with the staff code of conduct and the philosophy, goals and objectives of YMCA Camp Collins. • Minimum age 20 • CPR, AED, First Aid certification within 30 days of employment • Customer service experience required • Valid Driver’s License and comply with YMCA driving guidelines Essential Functions Of Job: • Incorporate and Model our YMCA Christian principles of love, respect, honesty, responsibility and service into your work • Commit to establishing long-term relationships with staff, volunteers, participants, members and families • Complete training and receive certification in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED/First Aid and Food Handling within 30 days from hire date. • Hosting retreat guests, leading programs, preparing facilities for guests, light janitorial and maintenance, and program development.

Salary Information: Part-Time. $300-350 per week plus room and board.
