CAMP MANAGER/HANDYMAN Camp Name: Camp Big Bear Camp Location: Big Bear Lake, CA Camp Description: Camp Big Bear is located on the shores of Big Bear Lake, near Boulder Bay. Camp Big Bear is a year-round camp located in a neighborhood setting. The Santa Monica Family YMCA has owned the Camp Big Bear property since 1938 and offers a variety of land and water based activities such as sailing, canoeing,and paddle boarding. Sponsoring YMCA: Santa Monica Family YMCA YMCA Location: Santa Monica, CA Job Description and Required Certifications: Santa Monica Family YMCA is seeking a mission oriented, organized, motivated, and goal-oriented team player to assume responsibility for year round facility maintenance, up-keep and improvements, and camp operations including planning, development, and administration of the site and program areas in accordance with the Associations policies and procedures. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of camp management experience and ACA affiliation is desired. Salary Information: Full-time career position. $33,000 - $38,000 depending on experience. Excellent benefits including: housing and 12% retirement.
