Camp Description: Camp MacLean is located just two miles east of Burlington, Wisconsin on 247 acres of woods and grassland property. The camp offers fun and challenging activities such as swimming, climbing, boating, kayaking, archery, hiking, and much more. We also leave room for plenty of traditional programs, including sing-alongs, campfires and campouts.

Job Description and Required Certifications: Scope of Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting in the continued development of the Outdoor Education Program. Responsibilities include both Leadership, utilizing teambuilding, ropes and climbing wall, and Environmental Education. Candidate will be expected to facilitate teambuilding activities including, ropes (both high and low) and climbing programs. Responsible for teaching environmental education programs. Assist with weekend adventure programming and further development of all programs. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in environmental education, general education, recreation, or equivalent education experience. Course work towards a degree may also be acceptable. Ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with at least one year of experience facilitating Outdoor Education Programs. Candidate must possess the ability to perform moderate physical activity, adapt to changing work conditions, work with diverse groups of people, and work with minimal supervision.
