BUSINESS OFFICE ASSISTANT Camp Name: Camp Carter Camp Location: Fort Worth, TX Camp Description: Camp Carter YMCA is a year round camp located 20 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. It is located on over 300 wooded acres, with its own lake and waterfront access to the Trinity river. Facilities available include our very own Equestrian center, which can offer specialized horseback riding to all levels and a covered riding arena. Challenge course facilities including Rock Climbing, Big Swing, Zip Line and Pamper Pole. Swimming Pool with 3 slides, Athletic fields, Archery, Biking equipment, Riflery, Skeet Shooting, Basketball Court, Soccer Field, Canoeing/Kyaking, Volleyball Court. Our duplex cabins are air conditioned, each side has private shower and restroom facilities. Camp Kitchen that provides hot cooked meals to order. Sponsoring YMCA: YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth YMCA Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Description and Required Certifications: Under the direct supervision of the Business Manager, the Business Office Assistant independently performs routine and non-recurring duties using knowledge of the YMCA practices, policies and organization as related to all matters of the branch. Exercises discretion and independent judgment in processing matters not requiring Business Manager's attention. High school graduate or equivalent with at least 2 years of related office experience. Must have knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software such as Excel and Word. Basic courteous attitude towards other is required. Must have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
