PROGRAM DIRECTOR OF CONFERENCES AND RETREATS Camp Name: Camp Campbell Gard Camp Location: Hamilton, OH Camp Description: a 600 plus acre resident camp located on the banks of the beautiful Great Miami River but only minutes from town. Founded in 1926 as a branch of the Great Miami Valley YMCA, Camp Campbell Gard is a year round operation with a long history of creating the quality camp experience through summer camp, Outdoor Education, Family Camp and team building as a conference and retreat center. Sponsoring YMCA: Great Miami Valley YMCA YMCA Location: Hamilton, OH Job Description and Required Certifications: The ideal candidate would be customer/camper focused and have extensive experience with high ropes courses and teambuilding. Boating and waterfront experience a plus. Major responsibilities include; High ropes course and teambuilding for groups. Attracting and building relationships with conference and retreat groups Scheduling, executing, and hosting conferences and retreats Managing the maintenance of the high and low course Play an important role in the hiring and management of staff Play an important role in summer camp operations to include hiring, camper recruitment and creating the summer camp experience Committed to the Excellent Camp Experience Additional Compensation Details: The Great Miami Valley YMCA is committed to staff development, provides a competitive benefits package, including health/dental plans, life insurance, Y membership, 12% YMCA retirement plan, & more!
