PROGRAM DIRECTOR-SUMMER CAMP Camp Name: Program Director-Summer Camp Camp Location: Boone, IA Camp Description: This position is responsible for creating and planning program activities, program marketing, recruiting, and evaluating programs. This position supervises staff, volunteers and may manage community and vendor agreements and relationships. Sponsoring YMCA: YMCA of Greater Des Moines Iowa YMCA Location: Des Moines, IA Job Description and Required Certifications: Candidates must have strong communication & organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, & ability to work w/diverse group of people. Requires bachelors degree in related field or equivalent, and 1-3 years of previous experience working with camp programs and activities. Salary Information: This full-time, salaried position offers a very competitive benefits package, including health & dental insurance, free YMCA membership, first rate YMCA retirement fund, and much more!
