Run the World, Girls?
Posted on 5/4/14
See how Dany is stepping up to be a part of the next generation of our young leaders.
Are girls more likely to run the world? One of the assistant editors from Slate not only poses this question, but also wonders if being first born makes a difference too. Her not-so-scientific evidence? Just look at eldest girls like Sheryl Sandberg, J.K. Rowling, and Oprah Winfrey.
While the statistics seems to back up this assertion (you'll have to read the article and decide for yourself), we do know a few girls - first born, middle children, or youngest - who are crushing it all across the country. For instance, Dany, who "no longer fears what she has to say." This is her story.
What do you think of Dany's story? Do you think she has what it takes to step up and lead our next cause-driven generation?
