The DIY Generation: A Young Woman's Story

DIY: Do It Yourself. 

Sahra Van Nguyen came to the U.S. after escaping Vietnam by boat. Early on, her parents taught her to make her own mark and to define her own path in life. See how this young poet, painter, and filmmaker is part of the DIY Generation and using her own resources to be a successful entrepreneur. 

As Nguyen says, "Investing in minorities is a social responsibility that not everyone prioritizes. But I see my work as a media producer as a parallel to that of an investor.
