YMCA Adventure Guides: Outfitter (YMCA Staff Leader)
Each YMCA appoints to the program a staff director or staff coordinator, known as the Outfitter. Outfitters assume responsibility for the staff role in leadership. They guide and support program volunteers and assume responsibility for budgets, record keeping, and program promotion. The Outfitter plays a major role in program recruitment and attends events and adventures whenever possible.
